Returns Policy
You may return items that are new and unopened with the seal intact within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at onlinesales@epiphanydermatology.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please arrange to send your item to the following address through a carrier of your choice and keep tracking information for your records (in most cases, you are responsible for the cost of shipping):

Once we receive the item back, you will receive notification of your refund status. Refunds can come in the form of your original payment method or as store credit. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. If you send us an item that is opened and/or used, depending on the condition, we may not be able to issue you a refund and we will not return the item back to you.
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to our team at onlinesales@epiphanydermatology.com and we will review the inquiry on a case-by-case basis. Please provide photos to ensure your case is resolved as quickly as possible.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders $100+. For orders under $100, depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
